Food Service Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor for Aramark – 777 Aviation Ave #12, Moncton Airport in Dieppe, NB – E1A 7Z5, Canada

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of food service staff, including cashiers, kitchen helpers, and line servers, ensuring efficient service during peak airport hours.
- Schedule shifts and assign duties to maintain optimal staffing levels in accordance with flight schedules and passenger traffic flow.
- Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to ensure compliance with Aramark standards and food safety regulations.
- Estimate, requisition, and control inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to meet operational demand while minimizing waste.
- Train staff on customer service protocols, food handling procedures, and workplace health and safety standards (including HACCP compliance).
- Inspect work areas, equipment, and service stations to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to airport and public health regulations.
- Maintain operational records including inventory usage, wastage logs, sales reports, and equipment maintenance requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of food service employees, and support implementation of company policies and cost-control measures.
- May perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
Prerequisites:
Education: Diploma certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 3 years to 5 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor or equivalent.
Language: English.
Hourly Rate: $22 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
