Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are hiring for a Full time Regulatory Compliance Specialist for our office located at Location 139, Devon Road, Brampton ON, L6T 5L8, Canada.

Job Duties :
- Review and analyze client documentation, operational records, and safety-related information to identify gaps in regulatory compliance related to transportation and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Conduct compliance reviews of files, hours-of-service records, safety logs, and related documentation to assess adherence to regulations.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk management processes aligned with regulatory standards.
- Analyze compliance data, audit findings, and operational records to support reporting requirements and assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Maintain and update compliance tracking systems, filing structures, and documentation databases to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Prepare compliance reports and audit summaries, and assist in outlining corrective measures to address identified deficiencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives to gather required information and ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities.
- Provide guidance to staff on documentation requirements, compliance procedures, and record-keeping practices in line with regulatory standards.
- Participate in compliance audits and assist in identifying deficiencies and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor updates in regulatory requirements and assist in updating internal processes and documentation accordingly.
- May perform other related duties as assigned
Prerequisites:
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $45.67 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
