We specialize in transforming brand messages into memorable, interactive experiences that engage audiences and drive measurable results. As we continue to expand our national operations, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead strategic planning, oversee cross‑functional teams, and ensure the efficient execution of large‑scale marketing programs.

Job duties of this position include:

  • Establish the company’s strategic objectives, operational goals, and performance benchmarks
  • Develop and implement operational frameworks for national road shows to ensure consistent execution across multiple provinces
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and oversee their operational and administrative functioning
  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to support company programs and campaigns.
  • Establish financial and budgeting processes, administrative controls and performance metrics
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, marketing strategies and brand engagement initiatives.
  • Approve overall personnel planning.
  • Coordinate the work of various departments to ensure seamless execution of all campaigns
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and resource utilization to ensure cost‑effective operations
  • Oversee compliance with provincial regulations, safety standards, and municipal permitting requirements for public events and mobile activations
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate market trends and adjust operational strategies to maintain competitiveness
  • Manage relationships with national vendors, production partners, and event suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Implement technology solutions and operational tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and real‑time campaign monitoring
  • Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all experiential activations, road shows, and marketing events

·        Skilled in strategic planning, forecasting, and long‑term operational development

·        Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to act independently and exercise sound judgment

Employment requirementsA university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline. 

Salary: $100000 annually

Experience2-3 years’ experience as a middle Manager

Language Requirement English.
