We are looking for a well experienced Food Service Manager for a well-known resort “Ahmic Lake Resort” located at 50 Robinson Drive Ahmic Harbour, ON P0A 1A0, Canada.

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily food service operations for the resort’s restaurant, lounge, patio dining, brunch buffet, and guest meal services.
- Supervise cooks, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest service standards.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality for specialty menu items such as schnitzels, seafood platters, and seasonal resort-style offerings.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and labour requirements to support seasonal tourism demand, waterfront dining, group bookings, and special events.
- Manage inventory, food purchasing, and supplier coordination while maintaining food quality and cost control standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and liquor service regulations.
- Address guest concerns, dietary requests, and service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist with menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities for brunch services and resort events.
- Analyze sales, labour, and food costs to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate food service staff to maintain consistent hospitality and service standards.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 3 years of experience in food industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 27.47 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
