(Reservations Clerk)

We are looking for well-experienced Reservations Clerks for “Broadstreet Properties Ltd” located at 700 Petersen Road, Campbell River, BC V9W 3H7, Canada; however, you will be required to work at various locations in the region.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Greet guests and respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, facilities, and services in person, over the phone, or by email.
  • Process and confirm room reservations using the resort’s booking software or property management system.
  • Verify guest information, record payment details, and ensure accurate data entry for all reservations.
  • Modify, cancel, or update existing bookings as requested by guests while following resort policies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information on resort amenities, special packages, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort promotions, seasonal pricing, and event offerings.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reservation and occupancy reports for management.
  • Follow all company policies regarding privacy, data protection, and guest confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Prerequisites:

Education: Secondary School or equivalent experience.

Experience & Skills: 5 years or more in guest relations, reservations, or hospitality customer service.

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $21.18 to 23.00 for 30 to 40 hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
