We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper at 1050 Paignton House Road, Minett, ON P0B 1G0, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring guestrooms, suites, public areas, meeting spaces, spa facilities, and back-of-house areas consistently meet JW Marriott brand standards.
Coordinate, schedule, and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and public area staff; assign duties, monitor performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to established operating procedures and service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms, corridors, recreational facilities, and public spaces to maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the resort.
Monitor inventory levels of linens, guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment; coordinate purchasing requirements and ensure the efficient use and control of departmental resources.
Collaborate with the Front Office, Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Event Operations teams to ensure guestrooms, banquet facilities, and resort amenities are prepared for arriving guests, conferences, weddings, and special events.
Develop and implement housekeeping schedules, cleaning programs, preventive maintenance reporting procedures, and quality assurance measures to maximize operational efficiency and minimize room turnaround times.
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, workplace health and safety regulations, infection prevention protocols, environmental sustainability initiatives, and company policies while maintaining accurate housekeeping records and reports.
Resolve guest housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally, implement corrective actions where necessary, and continuously identify opportunities to improve departmental performance, service quality, and overall guest experience.

Prerequisites:

Education:Secondary (High) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Language: English

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations within a full-service hotel or resort

Hourly Salary: $23 to $25 for 30 hours to 40 hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
