Job Description
On-site restaurant manager position. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits; evaluate daily operations; monitor revenues to determine labour cost; plan and organize daily operations; set staff work schedules; supervise staff; train staff; determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; conduct performance reviews; cost products and services; enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities; participate in marketing plans and implementation; leading/instructing individuals; address customers’ complaints or concerns; provide customer service; manage events; resolve product and service related problems; provide staff training; deal with public; food safety/handling skills.

Requirements
- Other trades certificate or diploma
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
- Beverage services manager certification
- Food service manager certification
- Food and beverage server trade certification
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Safe Food Handling certificate
