Job Description
On-site restaurant manager position. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits; evaluate daily operations; monitor staff performance; plan and organize daily operations; supervise staff; train staff; determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; conduct performance reviews; enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; participate in marketing plans and implementation; leading/instructing individuals; address customers’ complaints or concerns.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Business administration and management, general
- Restaurant/food services management
- 5 years or more of experience
- English
