Job Description
On-site restaurant manager position. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost; plan and organize daily operations; determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; address customers’ complaints or concerns; plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
