Job Description
* _*Duties*_
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
– Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and hosts/hostesses
– Create employee schedules and assign duties to ensure adequate staffing levels
– Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
– Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
– Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
* _*Qualifications*_
– Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
