Job Description

On-site restaurant manager position. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies; evaluate daily operations; monitor staff performance; plan and organize daily operations; set staff work schedules; supervise staff; train staff; balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; conduct performance reviews; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; leading/instructing individuals; address customers’ complaints or concerns; provide customer service.

• Wage: $36.00 to $40.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
