Job Description
*Overview*
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our vibrant food service team. Prior experience in food handling or the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided. This position is essential to ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and delicious meals in a clean and safe environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Food prep (cutting, portioning, marinating, trimming)
* Frying, grilling, and operating kitchen equipment
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen including dishwashing
* Following food safety & hygiene standards
* Assisting with inventory and restocking
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in cooking, restaurant service, or food preparation is mandatory
* Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
* Food handler Certificate is mandatory
*Shift*
* Day shift 10-5
* Evening shift 5-closing (store close at 11, cleaning takes 30-45min)
* Part time 20-30hrs
* Having a flexible schedule is an asset and will be prioritized
* wage can be increased depending on your skill and experience
