Job Description

On-site baker position. Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays; bake mixed dough and batters; prepare special orders; frost and decorate cakes and baked goods; ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; inspect kitchen and food service areas; operate machinery; organize and maintain inventory; prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Requirements

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
• Baker Trade Certification
