– Learn/know all things Hats (fabrics, shapes, styles, features/benefits, sizing)
– Create a memorable experience for Guests by sharing Hat Knowledge, building rapport and finding them the right hat for the right occasion or need
– Demonstrate a passion for fashion by wearing a hat and exhibiting personal style
– Move with purpose to keep the store beautiful and easily shoppable
– General Shop Keeping including daily checklists, opening and closing procedures
– Strives for opportunity to advance in leadership
