<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Envision Stone Design is looking for a dependable and hardworking labourer with previous experience in landscaping, construction, hardscaping, excavation, pool installation, or a similar physically demanding trade.</p><p>This is a hands-on outdoor position involving fiberglass pool installations, landscape construction, stonework, site preparation, and general labour. Training will be provided for our specific installation process, but applicants should already be comfortable working on active job sites, using basic tools, performing heavy lifting, and following directions safely.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Assist with fiberglass pool installations</li><li>Help prepare and excavate job sites</li><li>Move gravel, stone, soil, equipment, and construction materials</li><li>Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscape projects</li><li>Use basic hand and power tools</li><li>Work safely around machinery and excavation equipment</li><li>Complete job-site setup, cleanup, and general labour duties</li><li>Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a small crew</li></ul><p><b><strong>Requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in landscaping, construction, hardscaping, excavation, pool installation, or a related field</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Physically capable of heavy lifting and demanding outdoor work</li><li>Comfortable working in heat and changing weather conditions</li><li>Dependable, punctual, motivated, and willing to learn</li><li>Able to follow instructions and maintain a safe, organized job site</li><li>Machinery or equipment experience is considered an asset</li></ul><p><br /></p></div></div>
