Job Description

On-site early childhood educator (ece) position. Assess the children’s development in order to prepare a learning plan tailored to his needs; bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers; maintain daycare equipment; storytelling; encourage children to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical activity; engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts; submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors; knowledge of licensing regulations; establish guidelines for behaviour.

Requirements

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
