We are a busy, privately owned small animal veterinary clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate *Client Service Representative* to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with animal and people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
* Answer phone and respond to emails.
* Schedule appointments and manage daily appointments.
* Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate medical records.
* Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technical staff to ensure efficient patient care.
* Assist clients with prescription refills, food orders, and general inquiries.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
* Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.
*Qualifications*
* Previous customer service experience is required.
* Veterinary reception experience is an asset but not required?we are willing to train the right candidate.
* Completion of the veterinary assistant program is an asset but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient with computers and able to learn veterinary practice software.
