Job Description
On-site general labourer – farm position. Apply fertilizers; apply the technique of hoeing between the row; clear fields of wood and stones; cut agricultural crops; divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots; grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market; greenhouse cleaning; hand harvesting vegetables; pack fruits and vegetables; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; remove manually all suckers and water sprouts; sort fruits and vegetables; weeding; write daily basic progress reports; fertilize and spray crops; harvest crops; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
