We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through effective problem-solving and personalized service.
*Responsibilities*
* Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
* Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently.
* Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.
*Skills*
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Experience in hotel operations or front desk management is preferred.
* Proficient in phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
