We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. *Duties*
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
* Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English are a plus.
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
