*Responsibilities*
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries face to face
* Accurately perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts and transactions
* Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
* Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
* Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience
* Support the sales team by providing insights based on customer feedback and analysis
*Requirements*
* Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is advantageous
* Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
* Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively

Pay: $600.00-$1,200.00 per week
