Job Description
* Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
* Support children during classroom activities, ensuring their safety, engagement, and well-being at all times.
* Provide dedicated one-on-one or small-group support for up to three hours each day to children who benefit from additional guidance, individualized strategies, or enhanced support to participate fully in the classroom environment.
* Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
* Foster positive interactions with children, encouraging communication, independence, and social development.
* Support children with diverse learning styles, developmental needs, and abilities by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance as needed.
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members to promote a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist in monitoring children’s progress and share observations with lead teachers to support ongoing planning and individualized programming.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
