Job Description
On-site farm hand – harvesting position. Apply fertilizers; clean the crops; cut agricultural crops; divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots; harvest seedlings; mixing fertilizer; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; tie and secure plants; write daily basic progress reports; clean work area; fertilize and spray crops; harvest crops; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.

Requirements
