Job Description
On-site general farm worker – harvesting position. Apply fertilizers; clean the crops; clear fields of wood and stones; grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market; pack fruits and vegetables; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; write daily basic progress reports; clean work area; fertilize and spray crops; harvest crops; load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry; perform general farm duties; operate climate controls.
