Job Description

On-site service writer – auto repair position. Address customers’ complaints or concerns; answer inquiries and provide information to customers; explain the type and cost of services offered; issue receipts and other forms; obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services; receive payments.

• Wage: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
