Job Description

On-site barn worker position. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas; develop specific plans to prioritize; disinfect pens, barns or poultry houses; handling animals; monitoring animal health; organize tasks to accomplish the work; feed and tend animals; assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures; maintain quality control and production records; clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens; maintain work records and logs; oversee loading and unloading of goods; collect and analyze data and samples; document work completed.

• Wage: $20.75 to $22.05 per hour (to be negotiated)

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
