Job Description
On-site farm labourer position. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas; clear fields of wood and stones; disinfect pens, barns or poultry houses; handling animals; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; weeding; harvest crops; feed and tend animals; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed; clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens; maintain work records and logs; perform general farm duties; examine product for quality and its readiness for the market; hand harvesting vegetables.
