We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. *Duties*
* Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
* Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care during transport.
* Perform heavy lifting and moving of items as required.
* Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage.
* Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate the loading process and manage inventory as needed.
* Utilize forklift equipment when necessary for loading and unloading tasks.
*Qualifications*
* Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record.
* Experience in commercial driving preferred but not required.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks (up to 50 pounds).
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
* Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
