<p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY AWAITS YOU</strong></p><p></p><p>REAL finds itself in the enviable position of managing one of the most interesting and versatile connected spaces in North America with an opportunity to impact the lives of millions by creating life-long memories and delivering exceptional experiences.</p><p>The&nbsp;Supervisor,&nbsp;Guest Experience &amp; Ticket Operations&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;assisting&nbsp;the Manager&nbsp;and Assistant Manager of&nbsp;Guest Experience &amp; Ticket Operations in leading the day-to-day&nbsp;service&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;in venues&nbsp;managed by Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) and&nbsp;help&nbsp;to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a&nbsp;welcoming and safe&nbsp;environment&nbsp;for&nbsp;all guests.&nbsp;&nbsp;This position will achieve these goals by providing directions&nbsp;&amp; leadership through&nbsp;exceptional customer service&nbsp;and upholding venue policies in a&nbsp;friendly,&nbsp;professional manner&nbsp;and safe.&nbsp;This role will supervise event day staff and&nbsp;assist&nbsp;Management&nbsp;with day-to-day functions,&nbsp;including but not limited to Ticket Sales, Event Booking, Venue&nbsp;Operations, Guest Experience,&nbsp;and Finance to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a professional, organized, efficient, effective, and customer friendly experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Support Guest Experience Management by:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li>Utilizing&nbsp;Ticketmaster&nbsp;and other applicable ticketing platforms.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting with&nbsp;Ticket Builds&nbsp;&amp;Ticket&nbsp;Purchasing&nbsp;Processes.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting&nbsp;with the configuration of&nbsp;event builds.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee&nbsp;ticket sales and admission scanning&nbsp;execution&nbsp;for events using&nbsp;ticketing&nbsp;system&nbsp;and scanners.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during event execution,&nbsp;document&nbsp;and action&nbsp;correction&nbsp;in a timely manner.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Receive,&nbsp;record&nbsp;and reconcile, debit,&nbsp;credit&nbsp;and special vouchers,&nbsp;as events require.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise&nbsp;team on&nbsp;maximizing&nbsp;all sales opportunities during the transaction process through&nbsp;additional&nbsp;product offerings.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp; 2. Provides internal and external customers with support by:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Be able to read tickets and have a firm grasp of the layout of each of&nbsp;REAL’s&nbsp;ticketed&nbsp;venues.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assist Guest Relations staff in ensuring&nbsp;that each guest that enters any ticketed event on&nbsp;REAL’s&nbsp;property has a valid&nbsp;ticket.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Greet,&nbsp;monitor, and&nbsp;navigate&nbsp;movement of guests in assigned areas within the venue to ensure guest safety and compliance with building&nbsp;policy.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Limit access to&nbsp;the&nbsp;venue or specific areas to those with proper, valid&nbsp;tickets.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate knowledge of ticket troubleshooting&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;the&nbsp;ticketing&nbsp;system, emailing, printing, transferring, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;3. Lead&nbsp;outstanding customer&nbsp;service.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide ticket service for inbound calls&nbsp;and follow up on&nbsp;inquiries&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;REAL events.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting&nbsp;with ticket needs.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee&nbsp;team’s&nbsp;visibility and availability&nbsp;to provide superior service for event attendees.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to&nbsp;resolve&nbsp;escalated&nbsp;customer service&nbsp;issues&nbsp;brought forward by staff.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Other duties as required.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Salary Range: $19.05 to $26.97</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p>Education and Experience&nbsp;</p><ul><li>A certification in Event Manager, Project Management, Community Engagement or a combination of relevant educati
