Job Description
On-site delivery truck driver position. Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products; professionalism in customer service; accept payment or invoices for items delivered; receive and relay information to central dispatch; keep a record of items received and delivered; load and unload goods; sort packages for delivery; follow directions and read map; use maps and other trip planning aids; record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems; pay and receive payments for goods; provide customer service; perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle; address customers’ complaints or concerns; perform brake adjustments; operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials; oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment; record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.

Requirements
- No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience an asset
