You will support the General Manager in the operations of one of our busy Wendy?s Restaurant in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to lead and develop a team of food service professionals.
* Ability to manage staff performance and expectations.
* Maximize restaurant sales and financial objectives.
* Continual improvement of restaurant operational standards and food safety.
* Ability to manage and complete all administration duties and reports.
* Flexible hours will be required.
