Job Description
On-site kitchen manager position. Requisition food and kitchen supplies; supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation; ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; prepare food order summaries for chef; must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres; supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
