*Key Responsibilities (vary by experience level):*
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu and standards
* Execute dishes efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
* Support inventory, prep work, and kitchen operations
* Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver consistent, memorable guest experiences
* For senior cooks: assist with mentoring junior staff and supporting kitchen leadership
*Prep Cook (Entry-Level):*
* Passion for food and willingness to learn
* Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset
*Line Cook:*
* 1?3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
* Ability to run a station with consistency and efficiency
* Solid understanding of cooking techniques and food safety
*Experienced Cook (Senior-Level):*
* 3+ years of progressive culinary experience
* Advanced cooking skills and ability to manage multiple stations or complex service
* Strong leadership abilities with experience supporting or mentoring team members
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations, quality control, and food safety
