*What You?ll Do*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
* Set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies
* Ensure dishes are plated consistently and presented with care
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
* Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality service
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate prep and stock needs
* Assist with basic prep and support other stations as needed during service
*What We?re Looking For*
* Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
* Solid understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food handling
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* A positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality
