Job Description
On-site restaurant manager position. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget; monitor staff performance; plan and organize daily operations; set staff work schedules; train staff; conduct performance reviews; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; participate in marketing plans and implementation; address customers’ complaints or concerns; provide customer service.

Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
- Safe Food Handling certificate
