Job Description
On-site retail store supervisor position. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.); assign sales workers to duties; hire and train or arrange for training of staff; establish work schedules; resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages; organize and maintain inventory; supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; address customers’ complaints or concerns; train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; prepare and submit reports; prepare budget and cost estimates; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; establish methods to meet work schedules; estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation; ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
