We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. *Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
* Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
* Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
* Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
* Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed
*Requirements*
* Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
* Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong understanding of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
* Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
* Food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
