Job Description
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL TECHNOLOGIST
Employer: FASTSIGNS
Location: 615 35th Ave NE Calgary, AB T2E 2L2
Work location: On site; Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Salary: $39.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Tasks:
· Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs
· Develop work study
· Oversee production
· Set machine or equipment controls
· Design plant layouts and production facilities
· Conduct work measurement or other studies
· Develop computer applications for machines and processes
· Collect and compile operational or experimental data
· Collect and analyze data and samples
· Develop manufacturing and processing procedures
· Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
· Read blueprints and drawings
Experience and specialization:
Computer and technology knowledge
· Web service design
· Computer-aided design (CAD)
· AutoCAD
· MS Excel
· MS Outlook
· MS PowerPoint
· MS Project
· MS Word

· Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines
