DEPARTMENT: Mental Health Child and Youth Services – Saint-QuentinBARGAINING UNIT: CUPEJOB TYPE: Temporary full-timeSCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent provides extensive administrative support for a clinic, department or program.REQUIREMENTS:High school graduation plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years or equivalent; Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit); Two years’ previous experience required; Ability to write or revise a wide range of documents in French and English; Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and knowledge of other software programs currently used within the Network; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network’s management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
