Job Description
On-site administrative assistant position. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc; coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals; coordinate the flow of information within the team; direct and control daily operations; open and distribute mail and other materials; plan and control budget and expenditures; plan and organize daily operations; review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations; supervise other workers; record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences; schedule and confirm appointments; oversee the preparation of reports; respond to employee questions and complaints; greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; perform basic bookkeeping tasks; apply for social program funding; prepare funding applications; manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services.

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
