Are you an experienced *Licensed 310S Automotive Technician* looking for a shop that values quality work, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance?
T&C Automotive is a busy, independently owned automotive repair shop in Alliston. We’ve built our reputation on honest service, quality repairs, and treating both our customers and our employees with respect. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking to add another skilled technician to our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Perform inspections and accurately diagnose vehicle concerns.
* Complete repairs and maintenance on domestic and import vehicles.
* Diagnose and repair steering, suspension, brake, engine, electrical, and drivability concerns.
* Perform engine repairs and replacements when required.
* Utilize scan tools, and other diagnostic equipment.
* Document findings and repairs thoroughly.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Work closely with our Service Advisor and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Licensed *310S Automotive Service Technician* (required).
* Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
* Commitment to safety and following WHMIS procedures.

* *Competitive hourly wage of $35.00?$45.00 per hour*, based on experience.
* Guaranteed hourly pay?no flat rate.
