Job Description
Our baker’s are responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a wide variety of fresh baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, cleanliness, and consistency. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Our bakery is built on fresh products made with pride every day. We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to delivering an exceptional product to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Production
* Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cookies, muffins, squares, pies, cinnamon rolls, and other bakery items according to company recipes.
* Measure, mix, proof, shape, and bake products while maintaining consistency.
* Decorate and finish products as required.
* Ensure products are baked correctly and presented attractively.
* Follow daily production schedules to ensure shelves remain stocked throughout the day.
* Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out).
* Minimize waste by producing appropriate quantities based on demand.
Quality Control
* Ensure every product meets company quality standards before being displayed or sold.
* Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance.
