Carpenters will typically work on medium-sized teams of 4-7 and be involved primarily in new residential and light commercial projects while reporting to lead carpenters, foremen, site superintendents, or project managers.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Perform framing for residential and light commercial construction</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints accurately</li><li>Handle materials and tools efficiently</li><li>Complete site cleanup and maintain organized work areas</li><li>Take precise measurements and perform layout tasks</li><li>Install building components following specifications</li><li>Adhere strictly to safety protocols on site</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>2+ years of carpentry experience</li><li>Vocational training in carpentry or construction</li><li>Proficient in framing, residential, and light commercial construction</li><li>Experienced in blueprint reading and carpentry tool operation</li><li>Strong safety compliance and problem-solving skills</li><li>Physical stamina and effective communication skills</li></ul><p> </p></div></div>
