Job Description

On-site carpenter position. Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools; measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials; build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems; fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.

• Hours: 32 to 48 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time

Requirements

• No degree, certificate or diploma
• 5 years or more of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR Certificate
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
