*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Construction of modified standard moulds without supervision
* Builds custom moulds with direct supervision
* Construction of old with complex angles and ability to perform them
* Building mould parts including wood, foam, and other composite materials
* Develops and maintains production standards
* Utilization of lumber and material efficiently
* Use of all woodworking tools & capable of using all Wood Shop tools and equipment safely
* Maintains accurate record keeping for all Wood Shop processes
* Additional duties as assigned
*PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS*
* Ability to safely lift 50lbs
* Confined Space & Fall Protection Certification
* Ability to safely operate required machinery, power tools and other Wood Shop equipment
* Demonstrated ability to fabricate from drawings to finished product
* Demonstrated ability to make structures & molds from drawings to finished product
* Ability to read drawings
* Possess basic math skills
