Job Description

On-site cleaner position. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors; dust furniture; vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; distribute clean towels and toiletries; stock linen closet; clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances; disinfect operating rooms and other areas; clean and disinfect elevators; handle and report lost and found items; provide basic information on facilities; pick up debris and empty trash containers; assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene; clean changing rooms and showers.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 5 years or more of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
• Housekeeping room attendant certification
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
