*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This position involves performing various cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. The Cleaner will be responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness in commercial spaces, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
*Responsibilities*
* Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
* Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
* Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
* Report any damages or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel.
* Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or post-event cleanups.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Good physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
* *Must be able to work evening hours 3-5 days a week and weekends if necessary*.
* *Must have valid Class G Driver’s License to drive company vehicle*
* Must provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or be willing to obtain one

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
