We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor.

Our company Professional Quality Construction Services Ltd (https://www.pqcs.online/) offers cleaning services during and post-construction for newly constructed sites, remodeled sites.

Experience

Minimum three years of hands-on experience in pre- and post-construction projects. Demonstrated ability to coordinate or lead cleaning crews is an asset.

On the road

Work locations may vary depending on project sites. Frequent travel to various job sites is required.

Work setting

Pre- and post-construction cleaning projects for residential and commercial developments, including multi-unit residential buildings, office buildings, retail premises, and other construction sites.

Responsibilities

Tasks

Training, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of light duty cleaners, ensuring their work is completed on schedule and meets company standards,
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards,
Coordinate and arrange specialized cleaning and restoration services as required, including pressure washing, bosun chair work, carpet cleaning and repair, glass repair and restoration, wood, tile and vinyl floor repair, hard-surface floor stripping, sealing, waxing, polishing and restoration, natural stone care, and graffiti removal.
Plan and prepare employee work schedules,
Ensure the completion of the cleaning of newly constructed or remodeled commercial, post construction and residential buildings.
Order supplies and maintain inventory
Keep detailed notes for the office and be able to coordinate multi building projects as well as projects 80,000 sq. ft. plus
May perform or assist cleaners with cleaning duties as necessary

Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
First Aid Certificate (Level 1)
Fall Protection Certificate
Scissor and boom lift certification
