Looking to hire a Skilled Labourer for Residential Homebuilding
We are a growing residential home builder in the greater St John’s area, and are looking for a reliable, skilled labourer to join our team. This role offers full-time, year-round employment with consistent hours and a variety of work across all phases of a home build.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– General site cleanup and organization to maintain a clean and safe job site
– Complete various inspection and fire code requirements as needed throughout builds
– Assist or complete small carpentry tasks
– Assist across all stages of turnkey residential construction as required
REQUIREMENTS
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
– Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
– Knowledge of power tools
– Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety
– Previous experience in residential construction is an asset
