Job Description

On-site cook position. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization; prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef; inspect kitchens and food service areas; order supplies and equipment; maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; clean kitchen and work areas; organize buffets and banquets.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
• Safe Food Handling certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
